Neither Webb nor Teg ran the Bowerman AC 5K.

You now how on some game shows they ask you a question and then start giving you hints and the sooner you get the answer, the more money/points you get? And the hints get progressively more obvious until the final hint does everything but tell you the answer?

Well, the final hint here was the notion that Teg would run this.

See they were actually at the awards taking place after the race and there was a lot of news sites reporting they would run at it. Some LR folks are saying they ran but not as a serious race.
