Who looks good? Who's hurt? Who's a team to watch? Who's a dark horse ready to bust out?

What do you guys know?

Okay so I just re-found this message board. I thought it was tracktalk.tk and that it was already shut down so I gave up on this one. Is anyone else reading and going to post? Season is under way, very excited!!! Good luck folks!!!

Glad your back, Wrigs. Pass the word along to your buddies.

What's you meet schedule this year? I'm hoping to make it to a couple of meets and bring my youngest daughter who both an interest and considerable promise for the sport (lost my oldest to ballet already).

Sorry I missed this Zat, it was a crazy week to say the least. We had a open race for kids again this year, your daughter could have run that had I given you a heads up.

I've lost my oldest to ballet forever, I'm afraid (though she may run the 5K at HH again next year just for giggles).

Now, my youngest . . . that one's a different story . . .

At only 8, she shows some huge upside. No, that's not just a dad talking. That's watching her during soccer practice and when she joined us on a couple of short (1-2M) runs when my oldest was getting ready to run HH. This kid's an aerobic beast with great speed to boot, and I'm not kidding.

I'll have her ready for you in five or six years, Wrigs. Took her to one cross country meet (State at Rim Rock year before last) and she LOVED it.

What's your meet schedule this year? I'll bring her to another meet if I can.

Wrigs, I think we'll be at either the Oct. 9 meet or State or hopefully both. She's asked to go and wants to meet you. Not kidding.

Zat, learning how to handle disappointment is a huge part of childhood.

That almost prompted a spit take. Nicely played.

I kid! I'm actually going to be in town the day of the Rim Rock meet and had hoped to come out, but looks like my social calendar is full, unfortunately.

I should be there with my daughter at Shawnee Mission Park on Saturday, Wrigs. We'll look you up.
