honestly i read a review on speedendurance.com and i ordered it right away cause i love reading books like this normally. and this once was sub par i mean i know it was published in the 70s (i think) orginally and it would have been great for around then, but the workouts posted here just seem sub par and i do like the drills in it but there nothing i couldnt find by googling for 15 min. all and all i wouldnt have bought it originally i had known its only 50 so pages.
