Oh, and how 'bout them Cats? My nephew is in the K-State marching band (no cracks about band geeks; the boy is a Kassebaum scholar and on full academic ride) and texted me this morning saying, "An old KU football tradition was reinstituted last night. Halftime came and all the fans left."

That's a tradition that warms my heart. Always good to see old traditions revived and perpetuated for young 'uns.

I certainly miss the old chats. Whether it be good old track talk, cross country speculations or just the always hilarious KU v. KSU threads. Where is Ron Price when you need him! Or TJ for that matter....:D
