Franklin Park 11/6/10

I know that State Coaches is at Wrentham on Sat. and that Open New Englands is at Franklin Park on Sun. Nov. 7th but does anyone know if the course will be available to do a workout on this Sat. Nov. 6th?

yes, the course is always "open" - unless there are random meets there, but you can still run a workout.

I went to Franklin Park for practice on Sat. 11/6 and then again on Sun. 11/7 to watch the USATF New England XC Championships. On both days I noticed that there were tree roots (with about 200 meters to go right at the top of that last tiny hill more like a bump) that seem to get worse and worse each year. On both days I saw people trip and fall and in the meet on Sun. 2 people fell and DNF... just a heads up to all you athletes and coaches: How terrible would it be losing 20 places in the last 200m. because of stupid tree roots.
