My buddy just published his first novel. It's called Chasing Ghosts ... I've never considered myself a reader but I followed this story as it was written and it's really great. Biased - maybe? Definitely worth a look though. I can't imagine any runner who wouldn't love it.

I read "Ghosts" on the plane rides to and from Seattle last week and I very much enjoyed the book and just gave it to my daughter to read. The story line is very plausible and the training, racing and track and field references are very credible.
Nicely done.
