I formally delcare the beginning of the 1st ever West Region Convention on the rules of dye-war and region ownership.

This is what I can surmise for the "Forsaken" states (or those that can be controlled by a poster)

WEST:

No Real Forsaken states in this area. Most productive Region is California.

West Region: The most stable of these region's, has reached the point where the "forsaken state" status can be revoked due to its high level of posting and productivity. A textbook case of a poster taking power and saving the region.
OWNERSHIP: Doc Awesome

MIDWEST:

A overall stable area. (PLEASE NOTE) I have claimed ownership of IL, and since I bear the approval of its mod Swoosh, it is now officially mine. Most productive Region is disputed between Wisco and Illinois.

Indiana: Bearing Forsaken status in this area due to low post count, productivity, thread numbers.
CLAMANTS: ThatGuy

Kansas: Forsaken state status due to low post count, productivity.
CLAMANTS: ThatGuy, MayHAM

SOUTH/SOUTHEAST

This is a tossup here. I will first note the LOUISIANA is a neutral state (the belgium of tracktalk) and is off limits to attempted takeover. Most productive region is disputed. Most content goes to Tennessee, post count goes to Louisiana.

Oklahoma: Forsaken State due to low post count and productivity.
CLAMANTS: ThatGuy, BONK, Chubs

Texas: formerly a stable Region, has recently become eligible for Forsaken State status due to low productivity.
CLAMANTS: TheRunner12, The Saint, Doc Awesome, watch me run, Eh000, BONK

Mississippi: formerly a stable region with a Mod (Alowe007), but after revoking his modship, TT has caused this Region to fall into Forsaken state status.
CLAMANTS: BONK, Doc Awesome, Alowe007

NORTHEAST:

A mostly forgotten area due to its location near the bottom of the page. Most productive region is New England.

Maryland: When the switchover happened, the TSB'ers of Maryland didnt make it, causing this region to fall into Forsaken state status
CLAMANTS: Doc Awesome

FOOTLOCKER/NXN Regions: post count/productivity/thread count is too low in these regions to be considered a legitimate 'area'. In my mind should be relegated
CLAMANTS: ThatGuy

Now we discuss the rules of war. These will be open for debate, as is laying formal clamantship to a region is allowed in this convention.

Will be edited for updated info.

Woah woah woah woah woah. How was DirtyRobe not included in this? I was there for the first World War of TrackTalk between you, me, and watch me run. I must seek my revenge!

DirtyRobe, I am prepared to fight you for ownership of Colorado. I'll have you know that I have the unconditional support of Luke Verbus.

It's official, Colorado belongs to the team of DirtyRobe/Chubs. Nobody can deny that now.

Its official. I would like Colorado to be moved up to a "productive" status board, due to the relatively high traffic flow it has been experiencing as of late. I think my associates will readily agree with the decision.

we shall put it up for review and the STC will announce their findings

Excellent idea. I'm sure the committee will be most pleased with their findings.

I still await the committee's decision. Its been like 18 months now and you haven't accomplished anything. Who do you think you are, Congress?
