I turn 21 tomorrow and can't get my papers because the offices are all closed. So I can't go to bars until the government decides to do stuff again. Feels bad man

Can I? all my friends who have turned 21 got papers in the mail that they had to show bouncers proving they were 21... kind of like a driver's permit. I guess I'm not sure though

My papers didn't even work at some places. Some are real strict and some will take any id basically. You'll just have to go for it.

Edit: I wanted to buy a scratch-off today, no go. :(
