Famiglietti clip

Hey I'm looking for a clip of Anthony Famiglietti, possible from Run Like Hell, where he is joking about his conversation with his Kenyan roommates about doing crunches. (The gist of it is they come back and see him doing crunches and ask what he's doing. He responds crunches and he does them to get better and goes on to ask them what they do to get better and they say "run".) I've looked everywhere I can think of and still haven't found it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

I know exactly the clip you are talking about and have been looking for it for ages now. I am pretty sure it was from his documentary called Run Reckless though a few years back when the clip was on youtube the movie was called run like hell. I have never seen the movie but I'm guessing the clip would have been included in the DVD.

In the clip he talks about how he had this conversation with a kenyan friend about why he does core. The kenyan says he doesnt do core because he uses all his energy running. Someone then asks fam why he is one of the best steeplers in the world, to which he replies "Core". Its a pretty humorous story and amusing clip and if anyone finds it hopefully they post it here.

he claimed to back sometime earlier this spring, since then I haven't seen any results from him
