Watching this girl beat Aisling Cuffe at States last year was so refreshing. She's an incredible runner, and strong too, so there is less of a worry she may burn out or peak early.

4:16.5 today. Under the trials B for the 15 and she won by over 20 seconds. She was out extremely hard. I was on the other side of the track, but looked like 48 or 49 for her first 300. Pretty windy, but on a very fast track.
edit: official splits - 67.4, 72.5 (2:19.9), 70.6, final 300m in 46.0 as is the norm for her., quick start, quick finish.
