Nothing from SIUC here, but I know Nykaza went 1:59 and change at a meet at Illinois State on Saturday.

Some highlights from today's meet @ Charleston:
Hale (Robinson) 1:57.14 meet record Impressive showing from Nykaza, takes control at 500? meter mark and never looks back, 4:19.74 ftw (meet record by over 6 seconds). Schroeder second in 4:21.00. Schroeder had run a 1:58-1:59 split in Monticello's 4x8 earlier. |

I know the girls don't get much love on the boards, but Sydni Meunier's 1600 yesterday at Gene Armour was pretty amazing. 2:33, 3:58, 4:59.

Schroeder wins the 32 and 16 with a 9:22.64 and 4:24.78. Both meet records. Also ran a 1:59ish split on Monticello's 4x8.
Crutchley (Villa Grove) 1:57.94 to win the 8 |

Not shocking: Bago won sectionals
Shocking: Bago is not sending anyone to state in a distance event. |
