So the leg pain that I had is long gone now, so it definitely wasn't a stress fracture. While I'm here, I have this pain on the top of my right foot that started up a couple of days ago. Any thoughts on what this could be?

The general consensus for cases like this is to take a day or two off, that is not going to result in any loss in fitness. Maybe take this week easy in your training and avoid and tempo/repeat/hard efforts and evaluate on your own what the best course of action might be after that time (i.e. go see a doctor if it still bothers you). |

I would call these various aches and pains you are getting a part of being a runner. You stated you run 30-35 miles a week. Over time as you compete more, and at the same time, gradually increase your mileage, you will realize that all these little aches and pains are just a part of the deal. Foam roll, ice something that hurts after running, and keep training. If it is serious enough to need time off or a sports doctor to look at it, you'll know after a few days of trying to run through it.
