Hey guys, I've recently began blogging. Very little about myself, and mostly about topics you would find interesting- like running. Anyway, today's blog is an inspirational story about a MN runner. I don't know how many people remember Anthony Bongard. He was a multiple time All-Stater from Redwood Valley then went on to South Dakota State. He then got deployed to Kuwait and this is his story
