That's 4:25.8 per mile, or back-to-back 13:17's at Detweiller, or back-to-back-to-back 8:48.4 3200's. I can appreciate that.

Is this using the detweiller distance of 3 miles or 4800 or 2.962826282749 miles as measure VIA tape measure 4 years prior?

... I used the 2.962826282749 number but that wasn't precise enough so I adjusted for differences in elevation, wind speed, moon phase, and height of grass.

the source for that was coach vandersteen on twitter, so it looks legit. Now the question is what group. As i said on the college thread, he seems tailor made for salazar.

Yeah, I stole his thunder on that one. I have known for quite a while, but when I got an email from his Mom, I figured that after two days it was safe to have some fun with it (I said I expected a kickback). I don't visit Let's Run and did not know he had not told the public yet. Lesson learned from a 49 year old adjusting to social media
I kept his mono secret for 3 days in high school but I screwed up on this one. On another subject, here is a great article on NV's Taylor Soltys and Palatine's Anthony Gregorio at Iowa - http://www.dailyiowan.com/2012/10/12/Sports/30302.html
