God I hate IU- not so much now- but certainly the impossible collection of d-bags that roamed Bloomington in the middle to late 90's.......some of whom are back coaching at IU and sporting Mountain Dew-inspired dyed hairstyles well into their 30's ....BTW- without track credentials ISU finished 4th last year and got the royal screwing by the selection committee. IU was 8th....nearly beating out the Neil Young-tormented Kent State. Thats the great thing about xc- coaching, uniforms, cash- throw it all out the window and run yourself silly...you'll get good- or at least you'll give yourself a shot and people will respect you...

Iowa State is in the Midwest Region, and they are decent again...or do you mean a different ISU? Idaho State? They are in the Mountain Region...tough spot. Pocatello sssSSSSUCKs...its certainly no Terre Haute. Oh wait, INDIANA STATE...I have not excluded anybody yet (other than Rutgers) and have a ways to go to get to 31 team. The Hoosiers should be good, should be in the meet. The Sycamores? Last year for a few that they will be the hometown gang? It would be a fitting end to a heck of a run by the hosts...

Looking it over, ISU is alright, if that group of guys really is inspired and gets after it, they could indeed be that type of team that puts something together.
