Just because somebody can do something doesn't mean they should.
That goes for young girls who post pictures of themselves on the webz for attention. That goes for guys reposting said pictures. That goes for Secret Service guys legally engaging prostitutes in foreign countries. It also goes for guys trying to make light of or defend stuff that probabaly shouldn't have been done in the first place.
If you're going to use fertility as a measuring stick based on history; when reproduction at 13 and 14 was more common, don't forget life expectancy was less than 40. Now that we are past the knuckle dragging days of old and woman live to be 80, there is a new social norm where the expectation is that as an adult male you might look and notice but you don't go further than that. A significant number of the child porn guys in Federal Prison tried to use your enlightened perspective as justification when they had their moment across from a Federal Agent in small windowless room. Ask yourself this, if you were loking at those pictures and your mother, wife, girlfriend or all three walked in and were looking over your shoulder, what would their reaction be if you told them that in some of the photos the girls was only 14.
