Lots of fast times thrown down here over the course of two days. Highlights include:

Federal Way 4x1 gets DQ'd for lane violation
Jorgensen (Puyallup) runs a 1:51.58 to beat out defending state-champ Daigre's (Kent-Meridian) 1:52.59
Shane Moskowitz (Central Kitsap) pulls away on the bell lap to take the win over Kenny Krotzer (Auburn-Riverside) in the 1600 in 4:08.96 to 4:13.99. Moskowitz also wins the 3200 in 9:22.23.
Cory Okazaki (Emerald Ridge) wins the 110 hurdles in 15.11 and gets 2nd in the 300's, 38.56, to Robert Shelby's (Federal Way) 38.31.
Anthony Rathburn (Spanaway Lake) win the 200, 22.15, gets 2nd in the 100, 11.11, and anchors the winning 4x1.
McNeal Brothers (Federal Way), Maurice and Ezekiel, go 1-2 in the 400 running 48.78 and 49.33 respectively. Both of them, along with Shelby and Trenton Pinson (1st in the 100, 4th in 200) won the 4x4 in a time of 3:20.39
Derek Eager (Tahoma) towers over all the throws, winning the Discus 184-06, Shot Put 58'6.50'', and Javelin 211'04''.
Rahmel Dockery (Curtis) wins the Mens Long Jump in 24'2.75'' and places 3rd in the HJ at 6'2''


Holly Dehart (Kentwood) wins the 100 and 200, 12.50 and 24.85, and runs a leg of the 2nd place 4x2.
Kayla Stueckle (Emerald Ridge) wins the 100 hurdles and 300 hurdles, 14.53 and 42.73, gets 4th in the 200, 25.55, and also gets 3rd in the Long Jump at 17'6.50''.
Cassidy Brown (Auburn-Riverside) wins the 800, 2:15, and gets 2nd in the 1600, 5:09, to her teammate Rachel Atwood, 5:08, who also placed 2nd in the 3200, 11:08.
Tahoma quartet of Kassie Jensen, Cassidy Richmond, Paige Hammock and Mande McKinney win 4x1 and 4x2.
Kayla Adams (Thomas Jefferson) wins the Shot and Discus, throwing 43'.5'' and 133'1''.
Bianca Walton (Tahoma) leaps over the competition, winning both the Long Jump, 17'7.75'' and the Triple Jump, 38'8.5''.
