it is easy. A little swipe across the cheekbones and on the neck each day. Then use an electric trimmer on low setting once or twice a week to run over the beard. Walla! A neatly trimmed close cropped beard!

a successful first semester! My daughter just finished up the last final this morning, came home to unpack, did her laundry, and just headed off to Tuscaloosa to visit boyfriend and their friends. They come and go so fast now!

Looking forward to son and his girlfriend coming up for Christmas. This will be the first time we've had to adjust our celebration so one of the kids can also celebrate with a significant other's family! Ah, we must be getting old and moving into that next phase of life!

Yep, though I am having some trouble getting over the hump, meaning getting back to having a 20 every week and getting over 60 per week. I've had a couple runs when I come back at the end and do a mile on the treadmill (have treadmill in garage) at 6:00 pace, then hit the button (at that speed hitting the button once goes from 10 mph to 11 mph) and try and hold that for about a nanosecond. But I should probably try and do actual speed work.

Or maybe I'll just eat this donut I'm staring at.

Remind how it was you used to run whole marathons at 5:35 pace. Oy.

What kind of anti virus software are you using? It obviously is not working and you need to try something else. There are plenty of folks here who can advise you. But the IT folks have told me to get rid of Norton's and they recommended Trend Micro (there are several versions including free) and Malware Bytes which also free. I haven't had any trouble since I started using them.
