I pooped in a park once, since there weren't any porta- potties on my route. There was snow on the ground and it was at like 1 in the morning. Sorry if you were eating lunch, but **** happens

The problem is that I have to go during tempos or intervals so I don't have to time to just dropitlikeit'shot. I need ideas to get my digestive track to get used to not going. Should I eat less fiber? more? When should I eat relative to my run?

lets say if i'm going for a run @ 2 p.m. Ill eat around 9-10 a.m. so that i'm slightly hungry when running, then eat after i return from my run. Eat after you run so that your body immediatly takes in those nutrients. And i would probably eat less fiber.....I had a similiar problem in xc in which my body adjusted to having to run everday after school, so i would always "take the browns to the superbowl" at around 4 o clock

Either get in enough fiber where you have to poop pre run, or try and hold it so your "clock" changes. Also taking pre and probiotics will help make you more regular and on schedule. I'm clockwork pre and post every run (except for now with stomach flu).

Warmup to initiate the .... "poop"... then after you are done warming up, go poop. Then you are empty for your run!

Are you taking any supplements such as vitamins and/or fish oils? It is possible to have allergic reactions/ upset bowels when taking these.
