Speed ratings every number is equivalent to 3 seconds on a XC course. It is a way to equalize all courses and XC and also sometimes used to convert track times to XC times for example Maag's 150 is from NXNNW where she ran 18:08 and Neale has a 151 from her 3200 PR so accourding to my speed ratings Neale's 3200 is worth running 18:05 at NXNNW.

Well I like to have a cross country time to back up a track time, Mr. Meylan came up with relations from XC speed ratings to Track Times, here is his artical on track vs XC

And here is his speed rating artical:

Amira Joseph (4:46.89 1500m, 11:06.51 3200m, 10:26.04 3000m) is running xc for Jesuit this fall. I don't know if she was considered in your analysis. Nice work with this information.
