Thread dedicated to observing those preparing for Cross Country, racing
"tempo runs", annual spot check races, having fun while building their base miles

Anyone have a summer "must" race??
Blessing of the Fleet 10mile RI has been a college fav

You can feel uncomfortable in the 800m for 1:58
and feel GREAT the rest of the week
OR
You can feel comfortable for 2:10 and feel like
crap the rest of the week
Hmmm 1:58 or 7 days

The Wachusett team is all about the 5.5 miler road race in Holden, dedicated to the great Fred Warren. it happens in late july
