it appears they did not collect many runners in the offseason, so I am not surprised in their sudden decline in the rankings, but I guess they should at least be able to hold a 10 spot.

It all depends on who runs. If Jeff Veiga and Glarius Rop both run, they should easily be top 5. My pick for the win is Riley Masters.

As far as teams are concerned I think UMASS Lowell, Northeastern, Brown, MIT, and BU will be in the top 5. Thats assuming alot of the top teams wont run their "A" team.

In fact, that group — Veiga, McDonald and Chelmsford's Greg Wilson and Lowell's Chris Estrella — are running so well that they won't even compete in a meet until the New England Meet next month.
